31 Years in the Industry
25 Years at Winter Construction

Throughout my time at Winter, I've held various Operations roles, starting as a Project Engineer and eventually becoming Vice President in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, I led Winter’s Preconstruction Department in addition to Operations. Beyond Winter, I've worked as a Program Manager and Owner’s Representative.

I find great fulfillment in training and mentoring people. Coaching individuals and witnessing their career growth is particularly rewarding for me. Early in my career, I took an active role in developing new training curriculum at Winter and taught many classes. Today, I work closely with Operations leaders to ensure project success from preconstruction through close-out. I serve as a sounding board for project teams, help set project strategy, resolve complex issues, and overcome project challenges.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Georgia Tech.
