This project is a three-story classroom building with a connector to an existing academic building in the center of campus.

The building includes an executive classroom, two Deans’ suites, two honor classrooms, (one small and one large), six small classrooms, twelve collaboration spaces, a student success center gathering space, and 153 offices.

Winter coordinated closely with Georgia Gwinnett College while working on an active campus and tying into an occupied building.
