Bob Silverman buys A.R. Winter Construction Company and incorporates it as The Winter Construction Company (TWCC)
Asbestos Abatement Technology is started, now known as Winter Environmental
Winter Properties is founded to focus on redevelopment of historic metro Atlanta properties
Winter Properties is sold; Winter Construction and Winter Environmental companies merge under TWCC; and Brent Reid is named President & CEO.
Brent Reid and other senior managers purchase majority interest in the company from Bob Silverman.
Tom Nichols is promoted to President of Winter Construction.
Winter Companies was acquired by Independence Construction - a part of DiGeronimo Companies 1/1/23
