As a Project Executive I am responsible for multiple projects, from Preconstruction through Construction. I enjoy working with and counting on our amazing project teams, who bring their best every day.

I have worked on a lot of projects over the years in hospitality, K-12, aviation, multi-family, healthcare and retail markets.

Winter is my family, and as such, that is how I approach my Project Teams, as family.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech.
