Since joining Winter, I have overseen every project that Winter Construction, Winter Johnson Group, and Winter Environmental have undertaken since 1997, which number in the hundreds and range from small renovations to hundred-million-dollar mixed-use projects. I interact closely with project teams in the project planning phase and throughout the duration of a project. My role is to ensure the project's safety plans are upheld through our corporate Safety Program standards, but I truly like to partner with teams to help them find solutions to complex logistical challenges.
