I joined Winter in 2000 after graduating from Georgia Tech. I spent my early career focusing on education projects, both K-12 and higher education, before branching into municipal and other public market sectors. I have a wide range of project experience, including renovation and ground-up with varying degrees of complexity and difficulty.

I now lead all of Winter's institutional markets as a Director of Operations. I've enjoyed leading the growth of Winter's portfolio to include some of the most iconic projects in the Atlanta market.

I bring a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience to any construction project in both public and private sectors. With a disciplined, yet strategic and collaborative, approach, I am devoted to each project from the earliest stages to completion. I thrive on the unique challenges each project presents and am committed to delivering exceptional results while fostering strong relationships.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University.
