As Vice President and General Counsel at Winter, my work involves general legal advice and counsel to the business teams, compliance and employment law, risk management, contract negotiation and administration, and dispute avoidance. My favorite aspect of my job at Winter is being an integrated part of a business team and helping the team to find solutions to problems that arise.

Before joining Winter, I was a partner in the litigation practice group of an AM Law 100 law firm, where my practice focused on construction law.

I attended the University of Virginia and the University of Virginia School of Law.
