I began my career at Winter as a teenager through the Co-Op Program at Georgia Tech and have since advanced to the role of Project Executive in 2024. My journey with Winter started with a great opportunity and has continued due to the people here. Winter has dedicated significant time to fostering my growth both as a leader and as an individual, and I strive to reciprocate by investing in others every day. Company culture, building relationships, and mentoring are core values that I hold dear.

Throughout my tenure, I have gained extensive experience across a diverse range of project types, including hospitality, higher education, aviation, adaptive reuse, government, animal welfare, and K-12 education, becoming the operational market lead for the K-12 sector. This varied experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of different construction types, enabling me to ensure the delivery of complex, high-quality projects.
