In my role as Operations Director, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within our commercial markets. Over my 23 years at Winter, I have held the positions of Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Project Executive prior to my current role. I have managed a vast variety of projects including courthouses, municipal buildings, telecom facilities, office buildings, condos, assisted living facilities, recreational facilities, medical facilities, mixed-use developments, and more. However, it is within the hospitality sector where my passion truly shines. I have built or renovated nearly 20 hotels and have developed a playbook for the successful delivery of hospitality projects.

Prior to my tenure at Winter Construction, I served as an Active Duty officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers. This experience honed my ability to manage complex projects, coordinate logistics, and lead teams effectively under pressure. My military background instilled in me a disciplined approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence that I bring to every aspect of my work at Winter.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University where I was also a Division I soccer player.
